St. Stanislaus Kostka Church was constructed in 1880. The parish was established in 1878 for the large number of Polish Catholic immigrants located in North St Louis. The architectural style of the building is that of "Polish Cathedral style" which is a prevalent style of many North American Polish Catholic Churches. St. Stanislaus Kostka Church was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979 and was listed as a City Landmark in 1976. The church is located in the Carr Square Neighborhood in the City of St Louis. Mass services are held on Saturday evening and two Mass services on Sunday. The 11am Sunday service is given in Polish.
